all hOurs is a free 24-hour performance event that takes place in public spaces, combining dance, contemporary music and video art. The work was commissioned by Sydney Fringe Festival, premiering September 2019.

Videography by Jacob Edmonds, Images by Seiya Taguchi

“At all hOurs I thought about time, the passing of it, human endurance, frivolity and beauty. It was a sweet meditation and welcome disruption in an unlikely place. I found myself marvelling at the beautiful digital installation, wishing I could stay for the whole 24 hours. I don't think there are words to describe the beauty of the end, it was like the human spirit made flesh”

Audience comment from Sydney performance

Pedal.Peddle & Castles are a double bill of two multi-award winning contemporary performance solos created and performed by Eliza Sanders Directed by Charley Sanders. They have toured extensively in Australia and New Zealand to overwhelming critical acclaim.

“Pedal is hard to explain, impossible to define and unlike anything you have seen before. It is a physically lyrical performance that is innovative, bold and truly spectacular. It should not be missed and Sanders performances should be sought out at every opportunity.” - Australian Stage

“I approached without expectation and I left with a deeper appreciation of the power of the dancer to persuade and surprise. Sanders defies expectation and excites with the originality of her dance. Her work requires the commitment of an audience to engage with the image, evoke the emotions and arouse the intellect. If this occurs, Sanders’ work will offer a new experience in the lexicon of dance.”- Canberra Critics Circle
